The view from my room was amazing, overlooking vineyards and valleys. the hotel's location was convenient, right by the Modena Nord highway exit 🌄.

the breakfast had good choice of selection, the food was fine. booked a room with spectacular views of vineyards and valleys spectacular.

the location, although somewhat difficult to find, was in a peaceful suburban area with a beautiful garden and abandoned swimming pool. the quirky décor and interesting history of the hotel created a unique atmosphere. the breakfast staff were very helpful, providing delicious Italian sweets, eggs and good coffee.

The air conditioning was not working which made the room uncomfortable during the summer heat.

I always choose this hotel because it has everything I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, bar/lounge, restaurant, and more. The staff even helped me with my luggage during my first stay. It's a perfect place for me. I'll be back for Christmas!

I chose Villino Della Flanella for its convenient location near Santuario della Beata Vergine della Sassola. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless Internet access and concierge services provided. The garden and bar amenities were also a nice addition.

Attention to details is missing. Bathroom functionality is poor, with no shelves and no shower head hook.

We had a unique and fascinating experience at Villino Della Flanella. the hotel was originally a brothel in the early 1900s, but it has been beautifully restored to reflect its historical past. the staff were friendly and helpful, and we even had the opportunity to learn about the history of the place from one of the girls there. the atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, with quirky decorations that really added to the overall charm. Cons: No issues.
